SAVE, Society for Advancement of Village Economy is registered in November 2009 as a society under Indian Societies Act, 1860. It is working as a business correspondent for State Bank of India and Bank of India In view of providing better access to finance to rural India.

At ‘SAVE’, it is our endeavor to provide best-in-class support to our customer support points which enables them to give world-class financial/banking services to its customers/beneficiaries. This application has been launched by the organization; to be used by its authorized District Coordinators (DCs) and duly appointed Customer Support Points (CSPs).

This application helps a district coordinator to perform better and is a very good productivity tool for them. The functionalities available for the DCs are as follows:
• Visit a CSP
• Prepare report of visited CSP
• Ask Operations Head for support
• Update own profile

The application for customer support points provides the following features and functionalities:
• Seeking Support – This option lets the CSP create a new complaint and manage its existing complaints raised by the organization
• Product Knowledge – Basic details about the products
• Achieve a given target
• Feedback – Send a direct feedback to the company
• Ask Operations Head for support
• Update own profile

All the information submitted through this mobile app gets recorded on a web server and is available to the back-end support team of SAVE.
